Service description

Invoice Nudge ("the Service") is a SaaS platform that connects to your QuickBooks Online account and sends automated payment reminders to your customers via email and SMS. The Service is operated by Invoice Nudge.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

Payment terms

Invoice Nudge offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. After your trial, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service. Payments are processed by Stripe. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.

Data accuracy

Invoice Nudge syncs invoice data from your QuickBooks Online account. We display and act on this data as-is. We are not responsible for inaccuracies in your QuickBooks data, including incorrect customer email addresses, invoice amounts, or due dates. It is your responsibility to ensure your QuickBooks data is accurate before enabling automated reminders.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Invoice Nudge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost revenue, damaged customer relationships, or missed payments. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from your settings page. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
